These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Olivia Jayne beauty bar, which specializes in eyelash extensions, LVLS and brow waxing and tinting. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by these Terms.
All appointments must be booked in advance via [booking platform, e.g., website, phone, social media].
A non-refundable deposit IS required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than [48] hours’ notice will result in a 50% pay of your treatment.
No-shows, last-minute cancellations or within 24 hour cancellation WILL result in a charge of up to 100% of the service price.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of [10] minutes is allowed.
If you arrive later than [10 minutes], your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full service fee may still apply.
Due to the nature of the services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
If you experience an allergic reaction or are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can try to resolve the issue.
Clients must disclose any eye or skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment.
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our staff and other clients.
For lash extensions, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by your technician.
Improper aftercare may result in reduced longevity or damage to natural lashes/brows.
Before and after photos may be taken for record-keeping and promotional purposes.
By receiving services, you consent to the use of these images unless you request otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow policies.
By booking an appointment and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
At Olivia Jayne beauty bar, I do not offer infill services on eyelash extensions applied by another technician. This is to ensure the quality, health, and safety of your natural lashes, and to maintain the standard of work that reflects my brand.
If you currently have lash extensions from another salon or technician, you will be required to book a removal and full set with me.
I cannot guarantee the quality, products, or techniques used by other providers.
Mixing products and adhesives can lead to irritation, retention issues, or damage.
It compromises the integrity of your lashes and my work.
Please book a Lash Removal + Full Set if you have existing lashes from another provider.
Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, oils, or makeup) for best results.
Be honest during the booking process—this helps avoid appointment delays or cancellations.
If you arrive to your appointment with existing extensions from another technician without prior disclosure, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, and a fee may apply.
